Hi, my name is Claire Davis.
My passion is leadership excellence.
My mission is to help leaders to excel.
I believe that leaders either make or break an organisation. They are responsible for creating the results. Great leaders create thriving teams. And thriving teams deliver extraordinary results.
I also believe that we spend so much time at work we deserve to enjoy it. There should be time for laughter, comradery and celebrating success. It should be a place where you and your team look forward to turning up.
I’ve been in leadership roles for over 20 years, including Board and Executive roles. I have led multi-disciplinary teams of up to 150 staff. My experience is supported by a number of formal qualifications. I have a Grad. Cert. Executive Leadership and I’m a Graduate of the AICD to name but a few. And I had a blast developing strategies and delivering changes that transformed companies and the sector.
But what I really enjoy is helping leaders develop. By coaching executives and managers to excel, I can be part of the success of many companies.
For the last 11 years, I have had the privilege of coaching Executives and Senior Managers. My clients work in high profile organisations such as Suncorp, Telstra and Herbert Smith Freehills.
I love helping leaders get real clarity on their leadership goals. Teaching them frameworks. Supporting them to develop options and strategies they say they would never have come up with on their own. And seeing them successfully implement the changes needed to achieve their goals.
I leave my clients feeling that they know exactly how to make a real impact. They have the confidence and strategies to inspire, influence and create high-performing teams. And they create workplaces that achieve results and balance.
